So how does this work? The Kegel exercise builds up the pubococcygeus (PC) muscles. The Both urine and semen flow are controlled by these. To find where they are in your body hen simply stop yourself mid-stream next time you go to urinate. The muscles you feel clamp down to stop you are the PC muscles you need to work on. Once you know where they are begin to exercise them by tensing for a count of 10 and releasing- do this 10 times. This exercise cannot be seen by others so is perfect to do throughout the day, as you build up the amount you do. Use this exercise when you feel you are about to ejaculate and you should be able to stop yourself after your PC muscles are strong enough. This can work effectively to control yourself and improve your problem.
