Increase Your Muscular Endurance

Exercising your PC muscles helps with premature ejaculation as anxiety; worry, shame and distress are stored in the muscles of your body. When you feel negative emotions your PC muscles, as well as others of your body, will become tense, and it applies especially to these muscles when it is sexual problems that are leading you to feel worried. The problem with being able to work your PC muscles, is that they are in a private area of your body. (If you have not already read the section on the ejaculation trainer then I recommend you do after this section).

It can occur that your problem gets worse before it gets better when you begin to work your PC muscles. Please do not worry if this happens to you as it is actually a good sign that you are on the right track. Keep exercising and eventually the muscles will start to get in the shape you need them to be in.

The PC muscles help to control the blood flow to your penis, ultimately meaning they will be able to make your erection harder and stronger, and working on them will also help with the common problem people who suffer from early ejaculation have: not being able to get a full erection.

So how does this work? The pubococcygeus (PC) muscles are strengthened through Kegel exercises. The PC muscles control the flow of both urine and semen. To find the location of your PC muscles, you just need to pee, when you are fully urinating then stop the flow. The muscles you feel tighten to achieve this are the PC muscles. Start holding these muscles tense for a count of 10 and then releasing them. Build the amount you do this up, like with any exercise (start with 10 reps), and you will start to reap the results. Once you've practiced and strengthened the muscles, then begin to try it when you feel you are about to climax. Eventually you will be able to control this and improve your stamina during intercourse.
